Industrial and Systems Engineer by training. I work with small and mid-sized businesses on procurement, operations, planning, and the systems connecting them, bringing the same rigour I applied at scale, without the overhead.

Most of my work starts the same way: a business that is growing and needs help keeping up their processes.

Five years consulting on large-scale transformations in retail, consumer goods, and electronics gave me a fast eye for what is actually causing the problem and not just what it looks like on the surface. I work across procurement, inventory, planning, and operations systems. I also spent the last few years building AI tools in real business settings, so I know where it genuinely saves time.
